Bluegrass and Butterflies Festival

This is an outdoor music festival held down at Fort Umpqua with dry camping available in the upper recreation field. The event features multiple bands, food trucks, products from local wineries & breweries, and vendors with eco-friendly, handmade, and wellness items.

Bluegrass & Butterflies is Proudly Partnering with Cascade Bluegrass to bring many more educational workshops, jams & band scrambles to 2025!

Additional Partnering Community Organizations include the Elkton Community Education Center: Rural Healthcare & Wellness Initiative & ECEC Butterfly Adoption program, the Elkton Lions Club, and for the third consecutive year the Thomas Batterman Mental Health Project's very own 5k run on Saturday Morning along with

Vista Health mid-morning Yoga in the gardens, There will be many ways you can help support the community by attending Bluegrass & Butterflies 2025!

Early Bird Tickets:

• $120 - Weekend Admission

Free admission for children 12 years and younger. 

Single Day Tickets:

• $80 - Saturday Admission
• $10 - Wine Tours - only 8 per showing available, don't miss out!

Camping Passes:

• $45 - Tent Weekend Camping (15 x 15)
• $85 - RV Weekend Camping (15 x 40)

Details:

• Weekend camping is 9/12 - 9/14
• Check-in Friday at 9 am, check-out Sunday by 4 pm
• Dry camping only, RV hook-ups are not available
• Bathrooms are accessible
• Showers are available for $5.00 on-site
• Campsites are located in a recreation field, shaded areas are not available
• No fire or opens flames
• Garbage facilities are not available, please pack-in-pack-out 

Thomas Batterman Mental Health Project 5k Fun Run/Walk

Please Join Us Saturday Morning for a FUN 5k Run/Walk supporting a local Elkton non-profit that supports Mental Health awareness & services. Bluegrass & Butterflies attendees are encouraged to sign up prior to arrival; however, day-of runners are accepted!

FREE Yoga for Everyone with JEN from Vista Health to follow the 5k.

Bluegrass & Butterflies Festival is a rain or shine event!
